At Younas Home Appliances, every cooler is quality-checked before it leaves our facility in Gujrat. We stand behind every product we sell with a strong warranty and direct customer support.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted. Exchanges are accepted only in cases of wrong item delivered, confirmed manufacturing defects or damaged item received.
This applies to all situations including change of mind, incorrect model selection, or any reason not covered under the exceptions listed below.
We strongly recommend reviewing the product specifications, dimensions, and model details carefully before placing your order. Our customer support team is available before purchase to help you choose the right model for your room size and needs.
Exceptions — When We Will Help
We will arrange a replacement or resolution in the following three situations only.
1. Damaged Item Received
If your cooler arrives with physical damage caused during delivery, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To claim this, you must provide clear photos or video of the damaged packaging and the damaged product at the time of delivery. Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a different model than what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and send the correct model at no additional cost to you.
3. Manufacturing Defect
Every Younas Air Cooler comes with a 2 year motor warranty and first-time pump and body breakage warranty on all models.
If your cooler develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact our support team. We will inspect the issue and arrange a repair or replacement after inspection.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, physical mishandling, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, voltage surges from external sources, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims can be raised within 15 days of delivery for visible defects, and within the 2-year warranty period for motor issues.
How to Report an Issue
If your situation falls under one of the three exceptions above, contact us as soon as possible with the following information.
- Your full name and order details
- The model you purchased
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the problem

Refund or replacement processing time: 30 days after case approval.
Return Shipping
If a return or exchange is required for any approved case, a prepaid return label will be provided.
We recommend using a tracked courier service for any return. Younas Home Appliances is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
